NeuPack shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such factors.

Shipping Charges:

Delivery Issues:

NeuPack is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays beyond our control

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions

Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
