Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original packaging
The item is not damaged, altered, or tampered with
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-cut foil rolls or special-size packaging
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Bulk or commercial orders, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect

Once your request is received, our team will verify the details and:
Arrange a pickup (where applicable), or
Provide instructions for returning the product
Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
After the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of receipt.
If the replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose between a refund or an alternative product of equal value.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
