At NeuPack, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality packaging products that meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns:

Eligibility for Returns-

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item is not damaged, altered, or tampered with

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided


Non-Returnable Items-

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut foil rolls or special-size packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Bulk or commercial orders, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return:

Once your request is received, our team will verify the details and:

  • Arrange a pickup (where applicable), or

  • Provide instructions for returning the product

Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchanges:

  • Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of receipt.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose between a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
